CLUB CLOSURES

We will try and keep the club open all year around, except for Christmas. In the case that we have an emergency closure, We will give notice via email, our club website and social media.

EEGC holds the rights to keep all monies paid in the case of a cancellation of class. Please note we will aim to roll fees where possible, although this can not always be the case. 

​

PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST TELL US BEFORE THE NEXT INVOICE CYCLE STARTS IF YOU WISH TO LEAVE / DECREASE YOUR HOURS. IF WE ARE UNAWARE YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT FOR THE CLASSES YOU ARE REGISTERED ON.

COVID-19

​

For the safety of all our members including our coaching team, should your child show any symptoms or have come into direct contact with a positive COVID-19 case we ask your child to remain at home and not attend their session with us. 

​

Please follow all government guidelines.

​

TIME OFF FROM PLANNED TRAINING:

​

Should your child be unable to attend due to holidays, prolonged injury recovery time or another reason which keeps them off from attending training, but you wish to keep your child active on our registers, all places must be paid in full. 

 

Should you wish to temporarily close your account due to the above circumstances, this can be done for you but all fees must be paid up to date. Upon resigning we remind you we have a waiting list on most classes and your space may have been filled.

REFUND / EXCHANGES :

ESSEX ELITE GYMNASTICS CLUBS DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON FEES / TICKET SA. PLEASE READ OUR FULL CLUB POLICY BEFORE SIGNING UP WITH US. ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR DETAILS YOU ARE ACCEPTING OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. OUT T&C / CLUB POLICIES ARE NON NEGOTIOABLE.

INSURANCE / DBS / SAFEGUARDING:

Essex Elite Gymnastics club hold independent and Public Liability under Insure4Sport. 

​

Should a gymnast be injured within our club, EEGC will not be held responsible. 

​

We recommend all gymnasts take out their own independent insurance as an extra form of cover. Should parents not take out independent insurance EEGC will not be held responsible in anyway. 

​

All our coaching team hold DBS checks and safeguarding qualifications.

GENERAL CLUB RULES: 

​

2. Please ensure arrangements are made to drop off and collect your child to and from training sessions and events on time. 

​

3. Children must be signed into each session by a Parent / Guardian. Any child who is not signed into their session will be unable to participate. 

​

4. No child will be allowed to leave the premises at the end of the class without an appropriate adult present to collect them. If someone is collecting your child on your behalf, Please notify our team at essexeliteacrobaticsclub@gmail.com, with their name and the relationship to the child. 

​

5. Parents are not allowed into the gym whilst training sessions are in progress, unless invited to do so by a member of the Essex Elite Acrobatic Club Staff. 

​

6. All pre-existing injuries and medical conditions must be reported prior to the session to your childs coach or via email at essexeliteacrobaticsclub@gmail.com

​

7. Please ensure your child has been to the toilet before their session begins. Coaches are unable to leave the room for Health and Safety reasons. 

​

8. All gymnasts must be appropriately dressed for arriving / leaving and participating in the session. Crop top and shorts or leotards are preferable and can be bought if necessary direct from the club. Please do not arrive in leggings or floaty clothing to train as these can be extremely dangerous. Please check out our tracksuits, gymnastics training wear and accessories we have on offer.

9. All hair capable of being tied up, must be tied into a neat bun. 

​

10. No jewelry is to be brought into the gym, please remove before attending your session. 

​

11.Please note we do not currently allow any viewing.  Due to our strict safeguarding policies in place to keep our members safe. 

 

12. No food is to be brought into the gymnasium, only clear liquids in a spill proof bottle are to be used. 

​

13. All gymnasts must take care of the equipment they use and treat their surroundings with respect. Should equipment become damaged due to a Childs negligence EEGC holds the right to recover this amount by the acting parent / Guardian. 

​

14. Please do not bring any valuables with you as we cannot guarantee their safety. Essex Elite Acrobatic Gymnastics Club will not be held accountable for any lost, stolen or damaged items on the premises. 

​

15. Members of our club are required to be a part of our Club chat. Details of this are sent out on your confirmation email. 

​

Essex Elite Acrobatic Gymnastics Club has a zero tolerance policy on Any form of bullying / verbal / physical abuse towards other members and coaches.

Essex Elite Acrobatic Gymnastics Club reserve all rights to refuse entry.

Recreational Fees and Membership

​

A £5.00 REGISTRATION IS TO BE PAID ON BOOKING

1. Fees are charged at a rate of £5.00 per hour, per gymnast, payable every month, every 4 weeks. £20.00 is due on booking for the first 4 classes.

​

We do not offer trial classes. 

​

Fees are to be paid by card via the invoice emailed to you. Failure to pay by the payment date advertised on your invoice will result in a daily late fee of £1.42 = £10.00 per week.
