Recreational Fees and Membership

​

Please visit our Club Policies page via the link below before attending your first session with us.

​

​

1. Fees are charged at a rate of £5.00 per hour, per gymnast, payable every month, every 4 weeks. £20.00 is due on booking for the first 4 classes.

Fees are to be paid by card. Invoices are issued direct to your email. Failure to pay by the date advertised on your invoice will result in a daily charge of £1.42 = £10.00 being applied to your account.

​

If you wish to cancel/decrease your hours you must email the club BEFORE the next payment cycle begins. Once an invoice has been issued in your name to you, you as the customer are liable for payment. Failure to pay this amount will result in your account being passed to our collections team who will take necessary action to recover this debt.

2. You must also register your child to become a member of our governing body, British Gymnastics. This can be done online at www.britishgymnastics.org/membership.

Once completed, a fee of £25.00 is payable to Essex Elite Acrobatic Gymnastics Club bank account. This fee of £25.00 is to be paid annually to the club for your childs registration and British Gymnastics Insurance.

6. If a gymnast cannot attend for more than two consecutive sessions, please contact Rebecca Mallas in order for their place to be kept open. 

Unfortunately if a gymnast does not attend for four consecutive weeks without notification, their name will be removed from our class registers and they will be deemed to no longer want their placement.
