Recreational Fees and Membership

​

Please visit our Club Policies page via the link below before attending your first session with us.

​

1. Fees are charged at a rate of £5.00 per hour, per gymnast, payable every month, every 4 weeks. £20.00 is due on booking for the first 4 classes. A 0.70p Admin Charge will be applied to your booking.

Fees are to be paid by card. Invoices are issued direct to your email. Failure to pay by the date advertised on your invoice will result in a daily charge of £1.42 = £10.00 being applied to your account.

If you wish to cancel/decrease your hours you must email the club BEFORE the next payment cycle begins. Once an invoice has been issued in your name to you, you as the customer are liable for payment. Failure to pay this amount will result in your account being passed to our collections team who will take necessary action to recover this debt.

2. Essex Elite Gymnastics Club holds our own insurance however we highly recommend all members acquire their own independent insurance as an extra layer of protection. This is at your own discretion, Essex Elite Gymnastics Club will not be held responsible for any Accidents or Injuries that occur within our sessions or on the premises.

4. All fees are non refundable.

6. As the gymnasium remains open a place will be held open as long as payment is received. Unfortunately we do not offer discounts or holding of places for personal holidays. We recommend should you wish to keep your space with us paying to hold your place for your return. Alternatively we are able to cancel your space, however we would not be able to guarantee a space on your return as we are a high demand club.
